Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your tugu88 Account balance within minutes of payment confirmation. tugu88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which tugu88 accepts no liability.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the source account.
You may submit a withdrawal request only after satisfying all of the following conditions: (a) your KYC identity verification is fully approved; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner.
